First of all, the wear is mainly concentrated on the head of the plunger, the lintel, the supply stop and the oil inlet and return holes of the plunger.
Head wear refers to the groove marks on the contact surface that are deep and shallow at the top, thick at the bottom and fine at the bottom. The wear area is milky white, especially in the light.
The worn pouring plunger head at the lintel of the plunger head is small, mostly showing a comb-like not deep fine groove, which is also deep at the top and shallow at the bottom, thick at the top and thin at the bottom.
Most of the wear characteristics of the stop edge of the plunger are that the wear gradually decreases from the upper edge of the chute, the width is about 5mm, and it is milky white, and the edge of the stop edge is blunt and rounded.
The wear on the lower shoulder of the plunger is generally minimal, with short fine lines near the circumference of the shoulder.
The wear characteristics of the plunger sleeve are mainly near the oil inlet and return holes, and the oil inlet hole is larger than the oil return hole.
